Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 June 2026

Short version: we collect as little as possible. Just the trainer nickname you choose, the friend code you decide to share with your crew, and what you post in the app. No real name, no email, no location tracking, no ads.

Who we are

PokeRAIDchat is an independent, fan-made app published by LineSpotting AB ("we", "us"). Contact: info@linespotting.com.

What we collect

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or device advertising identifiers. We do not use third-party analytics or ad networks.

What we do NOT do

How your data is used

Solely to make the app work: showing your trainer card to your crew, delivering rallies and messages, and keeping the community safe. Friend codes are visible only to members of crews you join.

Storage & processing

Data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication) on Google Cloud infrastructure in the EU. Google acts as our data processor under its data processing terms.

Moderation

To keep crews friendly we apply a content filter on posting, let any member report content (auto-hidden after multiple reports pending review), and let you block users. Reported content and the reporter's anonymous ID are processed to action reports, normally within 24 hours.

Your choices & rights

Children

PokeRAIDchat is intended for ages 16 and up and involves communicating with other trainers. It is not directed at children under 13.
